Application Support Engineer

The main goal of an Application Support Engineer is to provide great customer service to our business clients.




  • Collaboration Communication is in our blood as we work closely with our teams of developers/engineers to deliver resolutions & root causes.

  • We monitor application issues, performances & administer web configurations within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Routine helpdesk tasks are performed diligently professionally as we strive to keep our SLAs met.



Who should apply?




  • Fresh grads & SPM leavers welcomed!

  • Must have:

    • Problem-solving & learning mindset.

    • 12-hour rotational shift work.



  • Good to have:

    • Able to read Mandarin to support Oriental customers.

    • Knowledge/ Experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL Server Database, and IIS Web Server.

    • Professional Certificates, Diploma (Standard/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate), Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.

    • Easy commute to our KL office.
