- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines, etc.
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates and the company.
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the manager.
- Conducting reference check on shortlisted candidates.
- Organizing interview appointments liaising with manager’s timetable.
- Offering shortlisted candidates, negotiate on pay package including churning out offer letter to candidates.
- At least 3 years relevant experience required.
- Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong command in English is a must.
- Candidates who are currently working in employment agencies / headhunters are preferred.
