Recruitment Executive

  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines, etc.

  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates and the company.

  • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work.

  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the manager.

  • Conducting reference check on shortlisted candidates.

  • Organizing interview appointments liaising with manager’s timetable.

  • Offering shortlisted candidates, negotiate on pay package including churning out offer letter to candidates.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years relevant experience required.

  • Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage.

  • Strong command in English is a must.

  • Candidates who are currently working in employment agencies / headhunters are preferred.
