Service Improvement Engineer


  • To be familiar with ecommerce portal product functionalities

  • Problem Management - Involve in problem analysis & root cause identification

  • Plan & monitor system health of portals

  • Implement new tool or process to help company operation

  • SPOC for Support team in liaising with Development team on the assigned system

  • Collaborate with Technical team to identify and resolve domain issue   



  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Experience in IT Support , Service Desk or IT Service Management is an added advantage

  • Knowledge in portal domain setup

  • Possess strong time management skills and communication skills

  • Team player and customer focused

  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English is compulsory

  • Good understanding of product architecture and infrastructure components

  • Experience in in e-Commerce development project.
