Receptionist cum Admin Assisstant
- As Receptionist:
- Manning the reception area and good housekeeping.
- Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages efficiently.
- Handle and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail services.
- Assist in the planning, preparation and coordination of meetings and events.
- To welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner and direct the visitors appropriately.
- As Admin Assistant:
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to general office administration.
- Maintain the orderliness of the office space. Monitor and coordinate work schedules for cleaners.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office and pantry supplies.
- Ensure office and pantry supplies are replenished at all times.
- Support and coordinate travels and accommodation arrangements
- Handle daily and ad-hoc administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, in any related discipline or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year administrative support experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Possess excellent hospitality.
