Receptionist cum Admin Assisstant

Responsibilities:




  • As Receptionist:


    • Manning the reception area and good housekeeping.

    • Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner.

    • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages efficiently.

    • Handle and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail services.

    • Assist in the planning, preparation and coordination of meetings and events.

    • To welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner and direct the visitors appropriately.



  • As Admin Assistant:

    • Responsible for all matters pertaining to general office administration.

    • Maintain the orderliness of the office space. Monitor and coordinate work schedules for cleaners.

    • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office and pantry supplies.

    • Ensure office and pantry supplies are replenished at all times.

    • Support and coordinate travels and accommodation arrangements

    • Handle daily and ad-hoc administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.







Requirements:




  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, in any related discipline or its equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1-year administrative support experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A team player with the ability to multi-task.

  • Possess excellent hospitality.
